How to Rent Hall
Check to see if hall is available on the calendar page?
Then if available, click on the Reservation Page.
If available, Click reserve the Hall for the number of hours of your event.
NOTE:
Once you reserve the space, you will need to pay the security deposit to hold the date/time.
After you pay the deposit, we will provide a rental agreement. You will need to provide the following to receive the keys.
Provide the signed the Danville Grange Hall Rental Agreement. (See Sample)
Provide $1,000,000 event insurance for the day of the event with Danville Grange 85 also listed as a insured. Click below for a quote:

Provide Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) event permit (ABC-215). The info can be found at https://www.abc.ca.gov/licensing/license-forms/event-authorization/
